Which OF to deal?

I have a glut of outfielders in a 10 team 5x5 5 OF league:

Justin Upton, Nelson Cruz, Carlos Gonzalez, Hunter Pence, Jay Bruce, Jason Heyward, Carlos Quentin, Brad Hawpe

Who should I try to deal? I need R, RBI, and AVG. 3B and RP (S) are roster weaknesses. Hawpe obviously is the lamest, but nobody will give me shit for him, so I might as well hold as a backup. Still I think the top 7 should all be starting for someone.

Keeper or non-keeper league?

In a non-keeper, I'd try to deal the smoking hot CarGo as you'd likely get the most bang for your buck. I'd hate to part with him in a keeper though so in a keeper, I'd try to move Quentin. Bruce and Pence would both be "selling low" so you likely won't get enough for them ... though if someone would pay full price, I'd move one of them (Pence would be may preference to move between the two).

I think I could get more for Heyward than Bruce or Pence, but the most for Gonzalez. IMO the perception is that people are buying low on Heyward, high on Gonzalez and at market on the other two. I just really don't want to deal someone who could get me 50 2nd half RBI when I'm currently competing despite a 1 in that category.

At the same time CarGo seems like he's due for a big regression (or move down the order) his BB rate is truly awful.

So I offered Carlos Gonzalez for Youkilis and dude is intrigued, but I don't think he'll take it in the end.

Other guys I could acquire at 3B are Jorge Cantu (for Heyward), or Cuddyer (for Bruce). These are both awful moves value wise, but might help me.

I had Verlander for the 1st half, but dealt him away at the break for Nelson Cruz. Nobody is going to catch me in in W or K even without him. My league has a raging boner for saves and hates starting pitching.

Chipper/Cuddyer/Cantu are basically the same thing. I think Hawpe won't have much value going forward but you can't really find a taker from him...so, yeah, ignore this. Beckham looks okay this couple days might be a good throw-in? Just follow daver's advice, throwing in everything you don't need with CarGo to get Youk.
