randy ruiz
do you think randy ruiz will be valuable this year? do you forsee injury to the blue jays that could prompt him more at bats?

Two guys could fall out of the lineup that could lead to him getting the DH slot. Encarnacion has not proven much this spring and may get put on the DL or sat regularly due to ineptitude. Snider could just be inept and sat down. Trust me when I say these things as I own both and have gone full on 8 mile with mom's spaghetti a few times just thinking about it.

Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.

I follow the Jays closely & Encarnacion will be ready for opening day. If he had to go on the DL, Bautista would play 3rd.
The Jays GM stated yesterday that Snider will be playing everyday & they will give him a good run. His does have options left, so if he completely sucks for a month or more, they will send him down, but I don't see it happening. He has matured a lot this year & I would expect a good year from him.
Ruiz will not play full time. He will either spell Overbay at 1st or DH. Maybe 2-3 starts per week is optomistic unless someone goes down. Cito has said that Overbay will play everyday, but he can't hit lefties so I could see Ruiz starting more against lefties. The guy can flat out hit if he gets a chance, but the Jays are focusing on fielding the best defensive team to help their young SPs.

so what are your opinions is he worth taking up a bench spot in a 15 team 5x5 roto league? should I drop him for someone else that pops up? he is taking up a bench spot and I tend to hate on part timers.
