Escobar or Heyward

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Escobar or Heyward

Postby CheezWhit » Mon Nov 30, 2009 12:36 pm

Have them both at $10 for 2010 through 2012.

14 team Auction league $260 in total value. Who should I keep? Leaning towards Alcides with the position scarcity and the fact that he will play right away. My OF is loaded (Both Uptons, Kemp, Hamilton).

Is $10 too much to spend on either of these guys? I also have Alexi Ramirez at $10 and could dump him to keep both Alcides and Heyward.
13 team 5x5 keeper league (can extend each player 5 years max)

It's a lot to spend for either of them. I could see Alcides going for $5-7 but $10 seems a bit much. Heyward's a $4-6.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!

I'd keep Heyward - at $10 per year, you could be looking at a huge value 2012, and I think you've got a good shot at breaking even this year.

I like Escobar a little better than Alexei Ramirez.
