Depends greatly on your rosters construction and league settings. If you have an open roster spot or a replacement level guy you could cut loose then it may make sense. IF your team is already really deep then I would try to do an even 2 for 2 or 3 for 3 trade. I usually try to get the best player in the deal as there is usually plenty of talent and upside on the waiver wire.
Not knowing who you would have to drop you would win 6/9 yahoo standard league categories 6/8 espn when comparing the season stats of the 5 players listed.. There is a bit of risk with Nene as he misses a lot of games for seemingly minor injuries.
