With the 31st approaching fast, has anyone started to hear more Capps trade rumors, because I think there is a 50/50 shot he might be gone and Storen becomes a $15 RP over night.

The Nat's sound like they want to get young and cheap very fast.

I think Clippard steps in if Capps is traded.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.

At first I would think that there's no way a team would burn a high pick on a RP, promote him to the majors after a month and not have him slated to close, but after looking at it more closely I also think Clippard would get the job, at least for 2010.

Clippard is a SO/FB guy while Storen is a GB guy. Clippard has been awful with inherited runners too. Both have similar FIP's.

I'm not sure which would be a more effective closer, but if I were a Nats fan I'd much rather see Storen working high leverage setup situations with Clippard only appearing in clean innings.

Basketball: 19 team roto keeper; weekly locks; start 10 util.

Kawhi Leonard
Marc Gasol
Dwayne Wade
Bradley Beal
Danny Green
Ed Davis
Anthony Morrow
Matt Barnes
Kevin Garnett
Boris Diaw
Rasual Butler
Danny Granger

The club is referring to Storen as their future closer. I think if Capps gets traded this season there is a good shot Storen gets the first look and Clippard stays in setup. They aren't going to be in contention so there will be little reason for them to change their thinking.

I think Clippard gets first shot. When Capps was unavailable against Pitt earlier in the yr, Clippard got the 9th inning save work. Of course Clippard has been sucking lately.
