Thoughts on this series of trades for me?

I've been offered both and thinking about pulling the trigger on them in succession:

First:

I give- King Felix and JUpton
I get- Minor, McCutchen and Wilhelmsen

Then:

I give- Rafael Soriano and Kevin Gregg
I get- Cliff Lee

I don't love the first deal. It isn't bad but I think I would stick with Felix and hope that Upton can turn it around. The second deal is very nice.
