My Michael young for his J.Mauer ????

I would like Mauer because of his on-base %. He walks a lot, barely strikes out and I feel will have very similar numbers to young in power rbi and runs. Young also has struggled to hit xbhs! Also he can slide into the catcher position and sub for montero on his days off . Plus I can play the matchups with them ...Should I make this trade I can pick up Niel walker for now until pedroria comes back from the DL to play 2b... Do i make this trade ???
Also the waiver wire has some guys Iwas thinking of claiming but don't know who to drop for who .... Please help !
