Julio's fine to cut in most leagues.
Maybe he gets it together, but he's not commanding the fastball and the off-speed stuff just isn't good enough.
I think he needs some more time in AAA, which he'll get when Beachy's back.
Even after that, Braves have a few good prospects that are on fire right now and might be pushing Teheran when the next rotation spot opens up.
