Yeah I definitely have a relatively weak staff. I didn't select a SP until the 8th round so that explains it. I didn't really like a lot of the SP value at most of my picks, or there was a bat I wanted more. If I throw out these 8 SPs each week I should have a shot at K's and W's and might get lucky with ERA/WHIP every so often.

As far as the speed goes, I definitely have some speed guys (Reyes, Jennings, Victorino, Aoki) but I don't think it comes at the expense of power though.
