Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!

K, I will drop Penny when Price is called up. What hitter should I drop for Laporta?

No reserves in this league, starters only, so I'd have to drop an OF. Which one gets the boot?

1. do you think laporta gets the call up? if so, does he stay up if he produces, or does he get sent back down IF hafner gets healthy?

if he's going to stay up i'll use 1 of my remaining 5 drops until september on laporta.

2. penny has been BRUTAL. do i use of my drops to pickup price and take his 0 stats until he's called up, or do i keep taking a beating on penny? or do i just drop penny now for someone like tim wakefield and wait for price?

Drop Penny for Price now. Hold on LaPorta. His job isn't that assured.

hey grey,

i didn't drop penny for price just yet. i read somewhere that price won't be called up until june, but with niemann's bad start who knows when price will get the call. i'm kinda leery dropping penny now and taking 0 stats for price until he's called up (no reserves in this league). do you still recommend dropping penny for price, or should i add one of these available SP below? (this would leave me with 4 drops until aug 31. i'm looking for someone that i can rely on for the whole year).

edwin jackson
joel pineiro
jamie moyer
doug davis
tim wakefield
mike hampton
zach duke
justin masterson
carl pavano
jeremy guthrie
dallas braden
bronson arroyo
vicente padilla
nick blackburn
fausto carmona

I wouldn't waste one of my moves on any of these guys unless it was imperative that you have different pitcher. Just hold tight for now. Maybe in a few weeks you add Price.
