Re: Hats off to Capps

I snagged Capps as a waiver claim after his opening day loss scared his owner away. His K/BB is the best of all my pitchers, and he's taken me to the top of that category--my only 9 in pitching, too. Great closers on bad teams all the way

closers: tb, atl

So Al Reyes got tased and punched in the face on his birthday and pitched a relief win right after he got out of jail. Dan Wheeler, on the other hand, is pitching great this season except when he's trying to close games. Troy Percival is old and fragile. Soriano's elbow is still bothering him. Worth...

Re: TB @ LAA

navarro added another after those 2!
his 2nd in the two days since I dropped him. I might have to use Wainwright's DL spot to add him back if he clears waivers.

Re: Wainwright

Lackey, C. Cordero, Tulowitzki, Gallardo, S. Casilla, Putz, Holliday, R. Soriano, Wainwright. I have the All-Gimp Team 2008.

Since I just picked up Harang, Fielder, and Tejada I'm afraid there's about a 50% chance they go down. Sorry guys.

weekly h2h pitching/utility

All my losses in my h2h league have been by 5 or 10 points (scoring system makes average week about 300), and I usually have more than the deficit on the bench. This week I have to decide between Vlad (vs Pelfrey, Perez, Santana, x, @ Eaton, Myers, Hamels) and José Guillén (x, @ Looper, Wainwright?,...
