Big Keeper List - Help me rank them

First, my league details: 14-team mixed league, 5x5, $260 to spend in the auction. Players can be kept indefinitely, at $5 increase per season plus $1 for every $10 in base salary. For example: a $4 player can be kept for $9, a $14 player can be kept for $20 a $24 player can be kept for $31 etc. I'v...

Re: RCL / TFP Co-Op League

EDIT: My team name is Touch'em All Joes That team looked great at first glance, but I think lack of steals reduces it to a merely "good" team. My draft went OK, though I kind of blew my last few picks. And I picked Rios over BJ Upton. . .draft regrets. . .sadness. . .I'm going to move Alexei to SS a...

Re: RCL / TFP Co-Op League

Ah, the dreaded 6th pick. Does everyone in the top5 know that ARod did steroids? What a jerk, wouldn't want a guy like that on your team.

Re: coming back

Punting categories in H2H can be excellent, too. I generally punt BA. Adam Dunn, Dan Uggla, Mark Reynolds, Willy Taveras, Carlos Gomez, Michael Bourn, Ryan Howard, Pat Burrell can all be had at good value, and you almost ensure victory in HR, RBI, R and SB. Also, @Grey, why is a consistent player be...

Re: Kazmir vs. Nolasco, (Final keeper)

You could probably get Kazmir again for the same price, right? Nolasco too, I guess, but I'd still go with him.

Re: CBS Sports Fantasy Baseball

In one of my keeper leagues, we have a complicated salary increase system, and I'm pretty sure the commish had to enter the new salaries manually. I think the keeper contract years will count down, so if you enter 2, it will say 1 the next season, then the guy won't be a keeper anymore. But the comm...

Re: Help with my last keeper...

It's pretty close, but I'd take Victorino. Can't really go wrong with either guy, though, just stay away from Crawford at that price.

Re: Keepers - Pick 8

I promise I'm going to stop asking questions about every little thing. Soon. As of right now, here are my possible keepers: $5 Chris Davis $5 Alexei Ramirez $7 Carlos Gomez $18 Matt Kemp $27 Lance Berkman $5 Justin Duchscherer $5 Scott Baker $23 Roy Halladay $26 CC Sabathia So I've still got 9 poten...

Re: Keeper Deal Holliday for Ichiro / Rios

I don't usually advocate giving up a guy in a 2 for 1, but I'll have to make an exception in this case. I think Rios will have stats that are very similar to Holliday at the end of this season. Grey's predictions have Rios at 85/25/90/.295/20 and Holliday at 90/22/105/.310/12. The Jays' lineup shoul...
