I've got Ted Lilly coming back from DL, pitching twice this week. Need to drop either Arroyo (SF) or dlR (SF). Thinking about dropping Arroyo...whaddya think?

Currently have Soto in a 10 team standard...which catcher below can I pick up and slowly step back and leave alone for the remaining season?

10 team standard. I've been in first all year but losing ground fast due to Berkman and Kinsler down. I'm needing power real bad and the other team could use some steals, era and whip. I was thinking sending Morgan and/or a pitcher in a deal for either Dye, K. Morales, Quentin, Ibanez, Rios, Cuddyer...

Needing a power surge for the rest of the year in another 10 team 5x5 league. Brandon Inge is on the wire....drop Wieters for him...or leave it alone.
