If you need steals go for stubbs. But I wouldn't drop Morales just yet. I'd drop Lirano. Then you can switch back and forth Morales-power, Stubbs-steals/runs.

Personally, I would try to sell Newton for someone better, so I'd take that deal if your are in real need of a QB.
