Sizemore to the DL
Should I be trying to trade for Grady? Of course I should.

Re: Sizemore to the DL
I put Atkins in my signature, but....
I haven't added him yet. Should I do him or Branyan?? Both are on waivers and Branyan can't quit making solid contact, Brokeback-styles.
I should send this as "Undecided", or "Crossroads", to 'Dear Abby'....... thanks in advance everyone! Chris Davis is killin' me...
and i only added Scott last night prospecting a Sizemore DL trip and because he is hotter than a plate of sizzlin' fajiitas right now... he's in my revolving slot for whomever is hot... thanks!

Re: Sizemore to the DL
I would say that Branyan is more likely to help in the short term and there isn't a clear definition as to what the new manager in Colorado is going to do yet. At some point they have to play Atkins everyday to try to pump his trade value, but his regression is a clear indicator of eroding skills. Their window may have passed.
Chris Davis is killing me too.

reminds me of, "You had your window..." Re: Sizemore to the DL
just came up on my team page
"Sizemore will undergo an MRI on his elbow Monday, the Indians' official site reports.
Recommendation: Sizemore said the elbow has felt better after 10 days of rest. He would resume baseball-related activities should the MRI reveals he is capable. The other option would be arthroscopic surgery."

Re: Sizemore to the DL
I'm having this same tug-of-war with myself. I was thinking of sending Morneau, Sizemore, and Nathan out the door for Pujols and Matt Cain. But, does anyone think Sizemore is going to really go on a tear the second half? I mean, the Indians stink and offseason surgery is probable so one would think they would use him sparingly but everytime I go to make the trade the little voice screams 'nooooooo!' in anticipation of an amazing, despite-injury, torrent.
