Bay/Pacman

Got offered Jurrjens and Adam Jones for Bay and Gavin Floyd. 12-team, 5x5 keeper league. I know Jones is better moving forward than Bay, but I'm in win-now mode. Which side do you take?

Jones going forward how far? i think its probably likely that they aren't that different in value for the next two seasons after this, and Bay has proven that he can do it whereas Jones has only promise and a decent season under his belt.
