Manic Over Musgrove, Shaw & Stripling

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Manic Over Musgrove, Shaw & Stripling

Postby LadyScorpio » Fri May 10, 2019 12:06 pm

Hi Grey,

I drafted Musgrove in both my 10 team and 12 team leagues and his last 2 outings have decimated me. In angst, I dropped him in my 10 teamer for C. Bassitt. Was that a mistake? Do you think he's worth owning ROS? I likewise, dropped Shaw in my 10 teamer because his LACK of production was ALSO hurting me!! Should I re-add him to my 10 teamer? Shaw is also available in my 12 teamer, should I pick him up there? Ironically, I'm in 7th place in BOTH leagues!!!!!! Please advise.

10 team, roto, 6x6, keeper
C - J. McCann
1B - Rizzo
2B - Murphy
SS - Schoop
3B - Machado
CI - Voit
MI - McNeil
OF - Acuna, Dahl, Pederson & Trout
U - Andujar & H. Dozier
IL - Tatis & Eloy
SP - Bassitt, Beiber, Boyd, Eickhoff, Soroka & Weaver (called myself copying you by NOT drafting top tier SPs)
RP - Cishek, Colomè, Neris, Pressly, Smith & Treinen
NA - Whitley

12 team, roto, 5x5, non-keeper
C - Realmuto
1B - Voit
2B - Altuve
SS - K. Marte
3B - Muncy
CI - C. Walker
MI - Fletcher
OF - Choo, Dahl, Domingo, J.D. & G. Polanco
U - J. Martinez
BN - Winker & Kepler
IL - Gennett & Tatis
SP - Buehler, Cole, Musgrove, E. Rod, Soroka & Weaver
RP - Doolittle, Kintzler, Pressly & Roenis

With the Dodgers' starting rotation being fragile, is it worth it to add Stripling to either of my teams? Is Woodruff worth an add for Ks? Any suggestions on player upgrades that you think I should make would be welcome.

Many thanks,
LadyScorpio

Nah, don't look back... Move on from Shaw... Musgrove might be okay, but more based on matchups -- I would add Woodruff if I had room and needed Ks

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!
