Pierce or Hyde as Backup?

16 team league and can only have 3 RB on the roster (can only start 2) and I wouldn't need a fill-in until week 7. Went WR in the draft and have Doug Martin/Shane Vereen as my starters (non-ppr). I have B. Pierce out of the draft, but am tempted to swap out with C. Hyde. Any thoughts anyone? Thanks in advance.

I would keep Pierce if I was you. You are basically banking on who gets injured/replaced faster Gore or Rice. My bet is on Rice.

With those RBs I might try to keep both though if at all possible.

Drop Pierce for Hyde, it's not close.
