Of the choices, I'd drop Fernandez. Yeah, he's ridiculous and he's going to rack up Ks but he's young, volatile and he plays for the Fish. That means squat for Ws. Estrada has a longer track record making him somewhat more predictable and while the Brewers may not be great, they sure as hell aren't Miami bad, either.

Hold onto Estrada and Jose Fernandez. You may want to stand pat. If you really want to add Garza, I would consider dropping Ryu for him. I know Ryu has a really nice K:BB ratio, but I think he'll be inconsistent throughout the season and end up with an ERA in the 4.00+ range.
