New to RCL - Keep Myers?

So first year doing a shallow bench (3 guys) do you normally hold onto a guy like Wil Myers or dump him and fill in hitters when another guy is out. I'm an active owner who likes to play the matchups. Myers is killing me for streaming hitters. Should I hold or dump? I think I might regret it later.
