The Braves allegedly are signing Livan Hernandez to a one year deal...... Wonderful.

He does indeed, though both Delgado and Teheran looked really bad this Spring, so it makes a little sense. Still, I'd have preferred us using Kris Medlen at least. ..

Frank Wren might be retarded. The only way that this makes any sense is if a trade for either Teheran or Delgado, or both, is very close to being done. Or this is Wren's last ditch effort to prove that his strategy of signing old washed up bums can be successful.

Curious what the Nationals are asking for John Lannan if teams like the Braves prefer signing Livan Hernandez over acquiring him.

According to DOB Wren is saying this signing doesn't affect Teheran and Delgado and Livo is just insurance/long relief. Not that either of those guys has been good this spring but it looks like one of them should make the team.
