Cleaning up autodraft results in 8-team league

What's up Razz Gang,

So after a bit of mess with some old buddies, I'm stuck playing in an 8-team league. Worse, I missed the draft. League is standard scoring, 1 QB/2 RB/3 WR with no flex. Here's what the computer came up with:

QB Matt Ryan
RB Eddie Lacy
RB LeSean McCoy
WR Antonio Brown
WR Keenan Allen
WR John Brown
TE Jordan Cameron

Bench: Cam Newton, TJ Yeldon, Anquan Boldin, Pierre Garcon, Owen Daniels

Every team looks ok in an 8-teamer, and I'm kind of pleasantly surprised this isn't worse, but I'm very nervous about Ryan here. Would you trade one of my RB's or Brown for a stud QB if that were possible? Would involve slotting in Yeldon or Garcon, probably.

Alternatively, I could see whether Keenan would fetch a marginal upgrade at QB.
