Start, sit, who to acquit? My QB just lost a finger, wuss, who should I pick up?

Week 15 playoff decisions

My opponent this week has McCown as QB and a dinged up Rogers on the bench. When I heard that Cutler was named the starter I snapped him off waivers since the RGIII drama doesn't give me another QB option if Brady is hurt or potentially under-performs against MIA. So here is my question.

Do I go with Brady @ MIA this weekend or run out Cutler @ CLE?

I could also pick up these potential FAs:
Rothlisberger vs. CIN
Tannehill vs. NE
Campbell vs. CHI
Manuel @ JAC
or any other stabs in the dark?

Rankings posted today. I like Cutler the most. Big Ben/Tannehill/Campbell interesting options but I have them lower.
