Trade help please

I am looking to upgrade my WR position and was talking to a last place owner who is willing to trade either Hogan or Benjamin.

I can package two of Jeffrey, Sanders, Parker, Snead and Funchess for Hogan or Benjamin. Who should I deal and is that enough? I was also looking to see if I can get one of his Defenses since he has the Lions and Vikings.
