I've been offered Niemann, Werth, and Manny for Lincecum. Would anyone here accept that deal. He also has David Price, so I was thinking about countering with Lincecum for Price and Werth.
Hold onto Timmy or trade him now?

Let me ask you this then...Who WOULD you trade Lincy for?
I love Lincy, don't get me wrong. BUT, he plays for a team with a AAA offense. Even when he pitches a good game, he's not guaranteed to get the W.

Tough call. How many teams in the league and what's on the WW? Someone said on this board (somewhere) that it's easier to pick up pitchers than hitters off the WW.
Lincy is the anchor on your staff, but Werth is a good add for your OF and Price is a great #2 starter for your team even if he is in the AL East. You should be able find some streamers on the WW to help.
Remember your trading partner is asking for Lincy now b/c of his two rough starts.

1 - who gets dropped when the trade goes through?
2 - who's playing SS for you?
