Trade Uproar

Grey and fellow razzballer's I would love for you to weigh on this trade that's causing quite a stir in my keeper league.

(I am not one of the teams involved)

Team A
Cahill
C. Perez
First Round Pick (in next yrs draft)

for

Team B
Lincecum
Third Round Pick

**Team B is last in K's, ERA and W's**

It is very difficult to trade in our league. Full of veto nazis. Highly competitive league and no one likes a bs trade.

Cahill, in our recent arguments, is being hailed as future Cy Young winner. He can be kept in the 20th round in next yrs draft, so has an overinflated keeper perspective.

I'm some what on the fence. Team B feels like he's getting a great deal for whatever reason. So since he's all for the trade I have a hard time vetoing BUT I don't see how trading your best 5 category pitcher when your last in W, K and ERA will help you going forward. He stands to gain some points in Saves but not enough to truly catch up. Team A is driving the Cahill hype machine hard. Why would he trade him if he feels so highly about him?

The league stats are in my signature. Thanks to all who add to the mess!

These kinda of trades are common in keepers. I'd want Lincecum but it shouldn't be vetoed.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!
