My laporta and Weaver for Bruce and Ubaldo

Postby Jeagle » Fri May 13, 2011 1:25 pm

Yahoo standard 5x5 14 team league

My team is in my sig

Im thinking this trade is a slam dunk for me since my pitching is pretty strong and my hitting is pretty weak through the early part of this season. Only thing that concerns me is if Ubaldo is hurt or something to explain his poor start? What's your thoughts?

If Ubaldo is really a buy low candidate and not hiding an injury, this is a good trade. Personally, I think what we're seeing is simply what makes him NOT the ace of a fantasy baseball staff; he had these clunkers last year too, they were just hidden behind some great luck/early season numbers. I think he's fine and would do this trade for Bruce.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.

Like nut cups said, if he's not hiding an injury this is a no-brainer.
