In Trouble

My team could not fail me in worse ways. My hitting is almost non-existent, and given the guys I have, that should not be the case. My pitching has been good, but unfortunately my two relief pitchers (Jordan Walden, and John Axford) have combined to make sure I get a heart attack 6 years earlier than planned.

I feel like I need to trade to shake things up a bit and get things going. My problem is that I have no idea where to start when considering trades with this team. I need help. I want to trade Jered Weaver, or one of my outfielders, but I don't really know who to go after in terms of value with those guys, or what positions I should target.

Any advice? I am thinking about trading for Eric Hosmer, but I have no idea where to value him, and how much I should give.

Try to package Masterson and Ogando for a 2nd baseman. They are probably both at peak value right now, you might get someone to bite.
