Best 4th round keeper

I'm keeping Desean Jackson in the 5th. I have 3 other options I'm considering and they're all 4th round keepers.

Jamaal Charles, Matt Schaub, & Tony Romo

I was planning on keeping Charles, but it sounds like Haley loves Thomas Jones and is planning on giving him most of the work. So now I'm thinking I can get similar value out of a guy like Felix Jones, Matt Forte, or Javid Best in the 6th.

So would you rather keep Charles and see your 1st 6 rounds look like this:
Rodgers or Brees
Grant or Deangelo
Wells
Charles
Desean
Sims-Walker

or keep one of the QBs and have a 1st 6 rounds like this:
Greene
Grant or Deangelo
Wells
Jennings or Colston
Desean
Felix, Forte, or Best

If you would go with a QB, which would you go with this year? Schaub or Romo?

I have the 7th pick but it's probably more like the 9th or 10th in most leagues with all the players being kept.

So I screwed up when I was writing my question.
The 2nd option would look like this:
1 - Greene
2 - grant or deangello
3 - Jennings or colston
4 - romo or schaub
5 - desean
6 - Felix,forte, or best

Still like the first option better Doc?
