In a $260, auction, 13 team, 5x5 roto league, we play 5 OF and 1 Util. My OF/U sitch is:

OF Betts
OF Benintendi
OF Buxton
OF Bellinger
OF
U

I also have Dahl/$11 and Polanco/$15. Would it be better, in a vacuum, to cut one/both for a $5 penalty (each), or keep one/both at their cost for 1 year?

in a vacuum, you essentially would need to replace a player equal to what Dahl is for $6 and Polanco for $10 with the penalties.

I would think you would have a rough time replacing Dahl (high upside) for $6 and an easier time replacing Polanco (proven track record for a few seasons) for $10.

So, keep Dahl and drop Polanco is my vote...
