Keeper League Draft Question

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

Keeper League Draft Question

Postby thump » Tue Mar 15, 2016 6:59 am

I've been working on the same Keeper League for ten years. My offense is beast I usually have a ton of upside guys at the end of the year and deal 2-3 of them at a time for someone Gray likes.. For Example Rizzo, Arenado, Spirner & Polanco over the past few off seasons.

Trout, Harper, Rizzo, Arenado, Abreu, Corerra, Springer, & Polanco (Buxton & Norris in the Minors)

So since this is a keeper league all the top starters are gone, I believe Tyson Ross is the only one left listed in the top 20, which feels a bit crazy since he is on NO ones radar. (I did see where Gray has him ranked)..

I have been considering going with relievers and streaming like crazy. The way the league is built if I have 2 top Closers and 2 top Setup guys producing Saves, Holds, K/9, Whip, ERA on the regular I can stream in pitchers. 12 Team H2H standard/ QS, K/9 (instead of K's), Whip & Holds on the pitching side. We have 9 regular pitching slots. Best closers are Chapman, Jansen & Davis.

I did some research and aside Tyson Ross.. Martinez, Rodon, Walker & McCullers are out there and I like their youth better. I am thinking maybe I grab one of them

But I am torn. Should I grab Davis, Chapman or Jansen round one? Or should I draft a High Upside Arm and hope for a breakout to anchor a staff and if so which one?

Thoughts?

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!
