12 team $$ H2H points league

Who to start, who to bench. Grab that WW guy? Low priced rookie or high priced stud?

League rewards power much more than steals, HR = 4 pts, SB = 2 pts amd CS = -1 pts; pitching gets 7 pts for a win, 3 for inning pitched and 0.5 for K

would appreciate thoughts on my team

J.P. Arencibia
J Votto
I Kinsler
D Wright
S Drew
M Kemp
J Upton
H Pence
A LaRoche
A Escobar (R)
F Freeman (R)

Y Gallardo SP
R Oswalt SP
G Gonzalez SP
I Kennedy SP
R Romero SP
E Jackson SP
J Niemann SP
J De La Rosa SP
C Marmol RP
J Chacin SP/RP
J Hanrahan RP
T Stauffer SP

I would've went safer with my pitching with those IP points, your hitting looks solid though.

If you want me to look at your team, post the team. Don't post a link to another site where the team is.
Have you given me all the info I need to judge your team? The number of teams in the league is a good start for the big overall questions.
Is your league H2H? Roto?
I don't know who's on your waivers. Don't just ask me who you should pick up. Give me names to choose from.
If you only have one team, post your team in your signature with the league parameters.
I don't know every single matchup for next week, so if you want me to choose a player for the following week and you think the matchups are important, tell me who they're facing.
There's more than one player with the same last name? Then spell out who you're talking about.
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I asked you a week ago about who I should target with this scoring system. You said power and 1-2 solid starting pitchers. I completely came into last night's draft with that strategy. It's a $125 buy in, so I went in all business.
I picked 7th. Halladay getting drafted 2nd overall right away threw me off a bit.
Started with Votto (got my big 1B - check)
David Wright at 18th was looking good too
Then Matt Kemp ... and how do you pass up on Ian Kinlser in the fourth rounder.
Still Justin Upton stared at me, but I showed restraint And picked Gallardo in the fifth and came right back for Upton

I was basically so scared of not having enough power ... That I gambled on pitching ... My logic: It'll be easier to two-start my pitchers than sacrifice a legitimate batter for a really good pitcher.

... Plus i tend to draft with my heart a liitle too much, always want the guys I like and cringe when I would be a fool not to draft a guy I hate (Eg. Teixeria)
