Is Cesar worth streaming, or should I beware the Ides of March?

I think he's worth a shot in certain leagues.

Thanks for the advice.

I ended up starting him and he sucked. He didn't help me, but he didn't hurt me.

But I followed your advice from a couple of days about about starting San Diego pitchers because they were at home. It paid off for me with Wade LeBlanc on Saturday night, so I don't feel too bad about Cesar.
