No kidding. I'm going against him tonight. Just knew the delay would be his undoing. He and Pettitte must be drinking the same "kool aid".

Re: Is Ortiz back?

As of today, Papi is definitely worth owning. I have no idea what to expect from him the rest of the way but he's worth a flier.

Re: Slip, Sliding Away...

I agree with Paper Tiger on this one. I was listening to Medlen's start the other day and Jim Powell and Sutton kept talking about how much Bobby loves Medlen, for what that's worth.

Re: Santana or Suzuki

I'm currently waiting on Santana, myself, and don't think Suzuki is an irreplaceable player by any means

3rd vote for Wieters, here. If you have room and he's available, grab Santana and see what happens. He should be in the bigs soon.

Re: Ellsbury replacements (Stubbs, Pagan, etc.)

I recently picked up Stubbs. In May he looked like the player everyone says he's going to be. That being said, he's much better against lefties so i've been platooning him.

Re: Shopping Morneau

If you could do Morneau for Tex straight up i think i'd do that. This is the time of year when Tex starts hitting so if Morneau is about to drop off the cliff that move would make sense for the rest of the way. A package deal for a Pujols, Cabrera, or Youkilis type would be worth looking into. Other...

Re: Need help TODAY! which 3 SP's do I start??

He's been a crapshoot for sure. I'm leaning towards starting him not because i'm expecting great whip and era numbers (would love to see some k's), but i figure if he can make it through 5 he'll get a w due to the fact Dave Bush is terrible.
