Re: was offered justin upton for goldschmidt.

I'd take Upton there. Preseason projections (including Grey) expected Upton to do better than Goldschmidt, and so far that's been the case. Goldy's been on a hot streak for the past two weeks or so, while Upton's cooled off a bit, but I still think Upton's a safer bet. I guess it comes down to who y...

Re: Braun or j. Upton?

Still Braun, for me. The Brewers will score more runs with Aramis back in the lineup, and I like Braun to do better than Upton on HR/SB/AVG for the rest of the season.

Re: Big trade, is it fair for both?

I find it almost impossible to evaluate gigantic trades like that. Normally trades make sense if they're done to meet needs, but you're basically exchanging half of your roster there. Add in the complications of contracts in a dynasty league, and it's even harder. Maybe it'd be easier if you broke i...

Re: Rosario for Posey?

I like that trade for you. Prado's on your bench and there's no obvious need for him on your team. Bossman Junior's had extended slumps before, but he still ends up being a reliable source of counting stats. The upgrade from Rosario to Posey is definitely worth that gamble, especially since you're n...

I like it for you, even if you have to give up the Bartender.

Re: Berkman trade

I call shenanigans. Bumgarner > Cingrani, and Molina > Berkman. It's not even close, and it's not like Bumgarner is an aging veteran. He's actually a month younger than Cingrani.

Re: Gio for Stanton with Prospects

Stanton's top-tier talent that you should be planning on keeping for several years. Don't trade him unless you get young 1st-round talent back. Kershaw's at the right level talent-wise, but pitchers are inherently riskier than hitters, so I'd still shy away from that trade. And I may be a Mariners f...

Re: J Upton for Kershaw

It's a lot to give up, but it's reasonable and works for your team.

Definitely not Greinke! He should be back in a month and will give you ace stats once he's back.

Re: Trade Evaluation

Yeah, definitely aim higher for Heyward. Like Greinke high.
