I was offered: Jonathan Dwyer for my Antonio Brown.
How offended should I be?
Dwyer isn't guaranteed to be the starting running back in a week and the Steelers don't run that much.

Re: Being the LM is crap
Alternatively, "reward" the owners that were that stayed under the $200, with an additional $5 FAAB money. The percentage difference would be minute (100 to 95 is a 5% reduction), (100 to 105 is a 4.76% increase). But you'd be rewarding some owners instead of punishing others?

Re: Genius or Crazy? (Intentionally Losing the First 2 Weeks)
I recounted, I actually had no shot of winning Week 1
. So, I made edits to the post up above. All I really did was improve my waiver position from 3 to 1. Now I definitely look unintelligent for not being able to properly do math. My bad.

Re: Genius or Crazy? (Intentionally Losing the First 2 Weeks)
So, unless A.J. Green scores 30+ points, I have successfully secured the #1 waiver position. Either way, I could not have won Week 1 based on my opponent's score . So, now that a majority of the games have been played. Here a list of top-5 scorers (Non-QB, Kicker, or Defenses) in my league (Standard...

Would you trade ...
Would you trade:
A.J. Green + Antonio Brown for Julio Jones?
I don't think I'm thinking straight, but the idea of having Roddy White and Julio Jones seems super tempting.
Team in sig below.

Re: Genius or Crazy? (Intentionally Losing the First 2 Weeks)
@ snky allgtr and @ Pacochu , I think the mentality I'm taking with this strategy is "go big or home." If one win is going to determine whether or not I make the playoffs, I probably won't have a great shot of winning in the first place. I want to win it all and as Ricky Bobby said "If you ain't fir...

Re: Genius or Crazy? (Intentionally Losing the First 2 Weeks)
@ Jdavidson12 I didn't consider the relative impact of a free agent considering the shallowness of the league. I was only considering "worst/best" case scenarios (Cam Newton '11 or Jamaal Charles '11) in which having waiver priority would be advantageous. (Breakout or Injury would make their pick-up...
