Re: Atlanta

Yeah, I think it's time to give Gonzalez a chance. Soriano's having way too many issues.

Re: Outlandish Outfield

I'd say Vlad has a better season.

Wells is coming back from wrist problems. Yes, he hit a home run already, but who knows how well(s) the wrist will hold up on a few check swings and foul offs when he's not hitting the ball squarely.

Re: what is up with c. gomez?

I'm not a huge fan of C. Gomez even when he's stealing. Not sure what the deal is with his stealing percentage other than to say he's a rookie and he's still figuring out pitchers' moves.

I'd prefer someone like Victorino.

Re: Greinke/Alexei Ramirez

Greinke joined the team yesterday (fortunately not for the Yankees shelling) but I'm tempted to drop him for Alexei Ramirez (that
I would do that. Your pitching can handle it. I'd Git R Done before Alexei gets too hot and someone else picks him up.

Re: Cano v. Scherzer

I'd do that trade quickfast.

Cano can turn things around and be very vaulable.

Scherzer can make it to the rotation and will still have a IP limit and like IowaCubs said, holds guys are out there.

Re: Add Gallaraga/Drop Scherzer

I'd add Gallaraga. There's no guarantee Scherzer gets back in the rotation and when he does he may not have much time left b/c of pitch counts or it's the end of the season.

Re: Gagne vs. Izzy

I'd go for Izzy first. Gagne was crap when he was closing and Torres has done a good job, as I expected.

Franklin's been fine, but LaRussa (I think) will be more loyal to Izzy.
