Everett Teaford

I think you've really got to hand it to this guy. Despite his parents efforts in naming him, somehow Teaford managed to become a major league pitcher and not a butler. When the Rangers light him up tonight, at least he has a promising career after baseball in indentured servitude.

Re: Start Moore?

i think youve got to, hes been about as good as it gets after the ASB. 9 QS's in a row. Show some respect! Tampa is a pitchers park, and I think the match up is gonna bring the best of of young Matty.

Re: alex ríos, frank fransico for albert pujols

Trade is garbage and the circumstances involved make it borderline collusion. I'd exercise my right to veto, and depending how much money was on the line, kick each of them squarely in the nuts the next time I saw them. Grey probably wouldn't be an advocate this sort of violence, but I have no probl...

Re: final stretch

At 1B, I'd try to find a spot for Goldschmidt, I'd probably take him over Rizzo. Frazier also seems like an useful add as long as he plays when Votto comes off the DL. He has been making great, solid contact lately. In the OF, I'd probably take a chance on a hot hitting Ludwick or Frazier over eithe...

Re: Start P. Maholm@WAS?

If Maholm gives you good WHIP, ERA, and a few K's who cares if he gets the win? Do you only get a certain number of starts per week? Even so, I don't see why Maholm can't win this one 2-1 or 3-2 or something similar. He's been keeping his walks down, his K's have been decent and he's only given up m...
