Re: S. Perez or R. Martin?
Don't pick up Martin. I've owned him before, ugh... why? He's really not that good. Sure, there are short streaks of decent hitting, but otherwise he hits .190. I'd stick with your instinct to Popeil Perez and not add another catcher.

Re: McCann vs. Buck
Firstly, don't hold two catchers. You don't need a backup catcher; your backups live on the wire. The only time you should have two catchers is a two catcher league. Drop Buck, Popiel Perez and hope for the best. With that all being said... If your league allows you to keep guys on the DL after they...

Re: Peavy @TEX?
I am ok with that. I tend to think you should pitch your studs when you can but I am also ok sitting them at Texas. I agree, but luckily for me Peavy is arguably my 5th starter. I have a feeling he'll pitch well overall, but get stung with one or two long ball innings that leave him with awful rati...

Peavy @TEX?
I'm leaning towards sitting Peavy @TEX tomorrow but I'd like to hear what others think. I trust Peavy for most starts without much concern, but the Rangers sport a beastly lineup and we all know how homer friendly their ballpark is...

Re: Jesus Montero
I dropped Jesus for Gattis a month ago and have been quite pleased. There must be better options on the wire, he has been abysmal since the start of the season.

Re: ROS- Gattis or Lucroy
Who says McCann can keep the job, though? He's been on the decline for years and he's coming back from shoulder surgery of all things. I would wager that Gattis has a better chance of getting more at-bats, and doing more with them, than McCann does this season. Edit: I only own McCann because I put ...

Re: Garza on the wire.
Of the choices, I'd drop Fernandez. Yeah, he's ridiculous and he's going to rack up Ks but he's young, volatile and he plays for the Fish. That means squat for Ws. Estrada has a longer track record making him somewhat more predictable and while the Brewers may not be great, they sure as hell aren't ...

Re: My team is shit. Help a brother out (H2H 14 teams redraft)
Welp, I'm happy to lend some advice but I need to know your league format and what's available of note on the wire. But, failing that, here's a few pointers: Never carry two active catchers unless it's a 2 C league, renonce Jesus Bench bats are largely a waste of space, feel free to part with Ike Da...

Josh Rutledge
What do I do with this guy? I'm usually pretty patient, and I right now I'm in 1st but it's early and Josh sure is in a rut to start the season hitting .196! Cripe! Team/League info in sig, here's what's available on the wire - do I sit tight or make a move? Johnny Peralta Alexei Ramirez Pete Kozma ...

Re: Team in free fall... any hope?
I doubt that this: Kuroda, Hellickson, Karstens -- is better than matchups you can play off of waivers for pitchers. If Wieters is on waivers, Montero isn't much of a keeper. Morneau should be on waivers, Ruggiano should be playing over Bruce and UTIL should be Upton... Your league's too shallow to...
