You should take it. It's pretty fair on the surface. Additionally, your WR are not going to get it done. Welker is a PPR beast and your team with Stafford, Welker and either Cruz or Thomas (other on the bench and for byes) is better than having Rodgers and both Thomas and Cruz starting.

Your RB are very good. You're right that your WR are your weak point, as Wallace is a low WR1, Marshall is a low WR2, etc. but you should be alright and get good points from those two or Britt and Stevie J who you can slot in for favorable matchups. I'd say you should take the trade. Then drop one of Keller or Cook (and keep an eye on him on waivers at the beginning of the season if he breaks out). Your team looks much better with Dez and Stevie Johnson starting, though that will cause you to rely more heavily on Ingram.
