Desmond Jennings vs Logan Morrison in a dynasty? Gotta go Desmond.

Re: Chone Figgins leading off this year for Seattle

That's until the paint is non-tendered in May...
Praying for this and a trade that puts Eric Young Jr. in the front of the Mariner's lineup.

Re: Uggla vs. Kendrick vs. Cuddyer choice and prediction

Uggla was signed to be 'the man'; Cuddyer wasn't. I still think Uggla is the right choice, but I don't see a slip from Cuddyer this year due a contract. Maybe a struggle by switching leagues is possible, but I still think he's fine to do what he does.

Re: Teams that will play above expectations this year:

Agree with others in here that the Giants are the favorite in the West. Panda and Posey for full seasons will solve a lot of their offensive woes. All that said, they're not without their flaws. Their top 3 pitchers are easily the best in the division (and probably second, to the Phillies, in baseb...

Re: Teams that will play above expectations this year:

Yeah, personally I have the Giants winning that division. Arizona has a great 1-2 in the rotation, but Cahill is a bit of a wild card and the other two are - to me - Jon Garlands/Mark Buerhles. Ryan Roberts and Aaron Hill coupled with either a 'fixed' Stephen Drew or a Wily Willy Bloomquist and a ro...

Re: Good weekly minimum innings in H2H leagues?

Not that this applies to you, but with our league removing W's and L's and being more ratio-based, we've implemented a 40 IP minimum. That way a good week of Roy Halladay and Yovani Gallardo isn't washed away by Jim Johnson, Sean Marshall and Edward Mujica :)

Re: Teams that will play above expectations this year:

Depends on what we're thinking of as teams that will be bad to know who will play over their heads... Do the Nats and Blue Jays count? They haven't made the playoffs in forever or ever... Everyone's counting the Brewers out with the loss of Braun and Fielder but their pitching can keep them in most...

Teams that will play above expectations this year:

Just wanted to see what people feel about some teams going into the year, regardless of fantasy output. These teams don't have to be playoff-bound, nor playoff caliber just surprises with regards to how well they play. For me, its the Chicago White Sox. There's alot of negativity going into the 2012...

Re: Jason Heyward or Drew Stubbs?

I'd have to go Heyward; even in a down, injury-riddled year, he had 1 less HR and just barely less of an OBP. Heyward's upside/peak > Stubb's upside/peak.
