Re: Where to draft Braun now?

I'm not Grey but I'd put him back in the top 10, probably right after or before Kemp:

Re: Congrats Braun owners

For a second there I thought I was going to have to change my team name to the Oregon Herpes Hammers.

Re: Rate my mock draft

hey I'm buyin into the idea of Ichiro hitting third. Why not make up for his lack of runs with some RBIs?
But that requires someone to be on 2nd or 3rd for his single to get the RBI and his single cannot be an infield one. Figgins can't even get to 1st ;)

Yahoo Contributor Network

Has anyone posted through them? I'm trying to get into the practice of posting as I'd like to follow in the great footsteps of Razzball and start my own website eventually but figured I'd like to start small. Any feedback on a good way to approach is useful.

Re: Draft Strategy - Zig when others Zag

Mike Stanton hit 34 HRs last year at age 22. Even if he repeats last year, you're still getting something useful out of him. So if you want to be conservative, take someone who has a .264 career ISO and is young enough to improve on what was already a great 2011 season. How many of the top 20 pitche...

Re: Lester or Haren?

You don't have either of them in your sig to know the difference in contract price/years.

Lester should net you more K's so he's probably the right choice in a vacuum.

Re: Grey no love for Cashner

Needs to stay healthy, something he has a hard time doing. Guy to watch, not to draft. Last year's ERA came with a 6.75 to 3.38 K:BB rate and an 89% strand rate; hard numbers to trust.

Re: Keep 2

I'll take the guy that goes #1 in most leagues that will be 1B/3B eligible and the guy that went 39/40 last year for me. Kershaw is good, but Miggy and Kemp in their prime is worth the price of admission.

Re: Kemp

I'd take the Votto side. Its like getting Heyward for free. I like Kemp but that was a career year.
