Tough call. I'd go Stroman for sure and probably Ventura since the White Sox seem like a better match up than the Angels.

I would go with Fister v. PHI and deGrom v. SF. I think Fister will get a win. deGrom seems to be pitching the best amongst your other options.

If you're desperate, then I would consider Lowrie or Alcantara. Tough to drop Pedroia though since I can still see him hitting for average with counting stats (not much in the power or speed dept though).

Short term, I like deGrom since he has a hot hand, though he may not get you wins. If you're holding for the rest of the season, then I like Hughes, McCarthy and Lohse in that order. Hughes should rebound nicely with his xFIP of 3.26.

Blanks is dealing with a calf injury, he's fine to drop. If anything happens to Robertson, Betances will move into the closer role. Flip a coin between Kelley and Santos.

How about dropping Willingham or Cain for him and moving Dickerson into your starting OF? I think Mauer will eventually heat up some. Bench Mauer and go with Mesoraco in the mean time.
