Re: Rate my team!

You are weak at RB as you probably know, but you did get lots of backups which was a very good idea. As long as you can mix and match your RB's effectively I think you will do well.
completely agree. and you can just drop maroney/hillis for a K right before your roster is fixed for week 1

Re: rate my team

very weak at QB, and a little weak at TE. Other than that, love the depth. Like you said, definitely got some trade bait at RB.

Re: 14 Team Yahoo NFL Draft

by the end of the season, Holmes will put up numbers to justify the pick, but i like to stay away from Pittsburgh's offense because it's so unpredictable. other than that, looks like a contender to me. love the depth at RB and WR.

Re: struggling for direction after round 1

or is group C the best

rb-Jones-Drew
rb-R. Brown
rb-Moreno/LJ
wr-Colston
wr-Houshmandzadeh
I believe the gap b/t White and Housh is greater than the gap between Brown and Lynch, so i give a slight edge to B. C is close behind B though.

Re: struggling for direction after round 1

which group of 5 do you like better?

Team A

rb-MJD
rb-R. Brown
rb-Grant
wr-Houshmandzadeh
wr-Ocho Cino

Team B
rb-MJD
rb-Moreno
rb-Lynch
wr-Colston
wr-White
Definitely B. While Moreno and Lynch carry more risk than Brown and Grant, the WRs are MUCH safer options.

Re: struggling for direction after round 1

With a top end RB (AP, MoJo, Forte) i like to get 2 WR in rounds 2 and 3. Then you can come back with RB-RB on the next turn. There, you're still looking at Lynch, Bush, LJ, Moreno. Decent chance you can even get 2 of them.

Re: rank these WR

All very close. Jennings, Colston, White, Boldin. We all know what Jennings can do. Colston carries risk, but also has the most upside. White had a heck of a year, but some doubt he'll be able to match those numbers again. Boldin is probably the most talented of the bunch, but he's the #2 option, an...

Re: Fantasy Football Kick Returners

I am in a league that counts KR/PR yardage also. It's stupid but it is what it is. Most people don't pay enough attention to it. What it essentially does is deepen the pool of serviceable RB/WR's. So what I try to do is in the 1st 3 rounds draft 2 elite WR's and an elite QB. So here it is, the "El ...

Re: What to do with picks 3, 26, 31?

I got AD, Mo-Jo, Forte, in that order. Non-PPR, i might consider Turner also. I'd definitely be looking to go RB-WR-WR with the top 3, unless Brady or Brees falls to you at 2, and possibly Peyton at 3.
