Re: Week 7 flex help

I have the same question: I have Leon Washington and Bradshaw. Which should I go with, or drop one and add someone from waivers? Prime candidates being Lynch, Fred Jackson, J. Stewart, Breaston, Larry Johnson, Austin, Roy Williams, Choice, Collie, Garcon, Michael Bush, Kevin Walter, Berrian, Hester ...

Re: Midseason RCL #2 Thread

I was away this weekend, and just saw my team. Not bad for autodraft: 1. (2) Albert Pujols 2. (23) Carlos Lee 3. (26) Nick Markakis 4. (47) Justin Verlander 5. (50) Cole Hamels 6. (71) Shane Victorino 7. (74) Félix Hernández 8. (95) James Shields 9. (98) Chipper Jones 10. (119) Bobby Abreu 11. (122)...

Re: top closer value?

OK, will make that offer now. Offer Quentin for Lidge and forget about Papelbon? Is Zobrist a sell high or for real, I guess is the real question.

Re: top closer value?

OK, Markakis owner would do the deal straight up for Broxton. Still stuck with Quentin though. League uses k/9, where Broxton is king. Thoughts?

Re: top closer value?

Papelbon owner not interested in Quentin, but Bills, Zobrist or Utley. Zobrist for Papelbon straight up too little to offer? Could throw in Hawkins, but probably won't take that.

top closer value?

Another owner willing to trade me Markakis if Broxton is included. Not sure if he would do that straight up or not. Would that be a fair/good for me trade? A second owner willing to part with Papelbon. Offer Quentin straight up? I imagine he will try for Billingsley instead, which I probably won't w...

Re: trading for Utley

The deal is done. I liked the trade even if Chipper and Quentin flop, but if they stick around I have a chance at 1st place now. Thanks for a place to get feedback and think outloud about my team.

trading for Utley

Getting Utley, giving Fielder and Werth. I move Zobrist to short, punt Jhonny, Reynolds from bench to Util. I think I like this one, especially if Chipper and Quentin are healthy. Sound reasonable? It is a keeper league, but I don't think this effects those plans much.
