I hate to do 2-for-1's where I'm getting the two, but this isn't a bad deal IMO. Not sure where you are stat-wise, though.

I think the C/1B combo is worth a lot more when it's a 1B who gains C-eligibility and not the other way around (plus you're set at first). Looking at your team, I wouldn't drop Olivo and burn the top waiver for Napoli.

The deal doesn't make you that much better in my mind. I'd pass.

I don't see any reason to mess with a 20-point lead unless you're going to end up with total overkill on the cumulative pitching stats. But if you think you might really need that extra bat, then maybe Carp for Ethier. I'd hold out for a little more for Ubaldo.

I'd stick with Jimenez.

I like Kemp a shade more than J-Up.
