Should I start Ben Tate, or Fred Jackson of the Bills?

I've been offered Adam Dunn for Victor martinez. You think I should accept? I could pick up Arencibia or some other schmohawk catcher and play Dunn in my UTIL. I do have a lot of 1B tho already

12 team mixed league H2H. No no fastball stats but I'm just wondering if his potential to either close/start is worth holding on to him.
